Simon, from our first date, I knew that was the last first date I'd be going on. You are my favourite person, my calm and steady. You are so wise, thoughtful, funny, loyal, handsome, and caring. I have found my other half in you. You make my world so beautiful. I love you so much, and I am so grateful for you. I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together. I know it's going to be a beautiful one.

I have admired and looked up to Endrita most of my life. In all of these years, I've come to realize that, no matter where she is, no matter what she's doing, Endrita always manages to rise to the top, shine the brightest, and thrive in every role. Endrita has held the most special place in my heart. She has been the source of some of the best moments of my life. She's not only my sister, but she's also my best friend. I am so grateful that you two have found each other and that your perfect match has brought us all here together tonight.

My name is Spencer, I’and Simon is my best friend. Simon has been like a brother to me for most of my life. When I think of Simon, I think of someone who has values. He likes tradition. He keeps things sacred. He's dependable, reliable, incredibly loyal. He's determined. He's steadfast in what he believes. Growing up, he always told me he would only ever tell one girl he loved them, and that would be the girl he planned to marry. Lucky for all of us, that girl was Endrita. Endrita, I am so lucky to have gotten to know you over the years and to have watched your relationship with Simon grow from that first day at Queens to today, your wedding day. It's clear Simon has matured and grown into the man he is today from having you by his side. You compliment each other perfectly, and I can't wait to see how your life together unfolds. I love you both like family.

Endrita has been my closest friend for years. We met back in our high school days, but our forever bond started in university. Endrita is liquid gold. She is a ball of sunshine, and having her in your life is a must. I am so honoured to be celebrating this couple with all of you tonight. Their love has evolved over the years, but their friendship has also remained simple and beautifully unchanged. Stand up. Clap your hands. For the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Tolkin!!!!

You know us as being chaotic, disorganized, but Simon was quite the opposite. He's organized. He was the man who knew what he wanted in life, and that's why he's with you today, Endrita. Simon and Endrita, you were truly meant to be together. You are a perfect couple. It has been a joy watching you grow together. Mazel Tov!

We would want everyone to see Endrita the way we’ve always seen her: a joyful person full of passion and love. Endrita is deeply lovable person. She expresses her love openly and fully. Everything she does, she does with heart, with a smile on her. She is enthusiastic, inspiring, and determined. We have had the joy of watching Endrita grow from a happy and bright little girl into the beautiful and caring person she is today.
